1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account information and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You own the rights to all content (texts, images, etc.) you create on the platform. However, you may not share content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for any violations.

3. License You Grant Us

By using Buleap, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from the content you upload (e.g., creating infographics from survey results) on the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in prohibited activities as specified in our Community Guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
